(1) How many weeks are suitable for gender scans?
ANSWER: 16 weeks can detect about 80% accuracy where 22 weeks above can detect 99.99% of gender. We offer guarantee services where we offer FREE SCAN if cant see baby gender and refund if we wrongly see baby gender. So far the failure rate and wrongly see is very low, hence we can offer you this guarantee.

(2) When is it suitable for 3d 4d scan?
ANSWER: 12week can do 3d4d scan, however, during this week , the baby will look abit small. During 22week scan, we advice to take detail+3d4d scan package. The baby face will still look abit skinny during this stage. If you want to see chubby face, 26week above will be more suitable.

(3) Operating hours for kelana jaya and penang?
ANSWER: Operating hours for 10 am-10pm daily for kelana jaya.  while for penang area 5 pm-10pm weekday, and weekend only. You are encouraged to book online in advanced, there is no payment required during online book.

(4) Can not walkin without appointment?
ANSWER: our operating hours depend on online booking, if there is appointment being book, our sonographer will be standby for you, if you do not have an appointment, the sonographer may not come at a certain time. You are encouraged to make an online booking to confirm your sonographer for your scan session. And if there are many customer in the center, the walkin will be reject if many customers.

(5) Why there is still first come first-serve even i had book for my appointment time?
ANSWER: this is because of the previous customer, baby may not be cooperating for the scan session to show the face, so we will take more time to scan the baby. Some baby take 10min can get lots of pictures and videos, while some baby takes 1 hour too. Appointment time is to control number of customer to avoid come at the same time and we are not follow your appointment time. Therefore, you may need to spend 1-2 hours in our place starting from your appointment time.

(6) Why i still FAILED to do  ONLINE booking?
ANSWER: The schedule is only release out 1 week earlier for online booking. There is certain day certain location the sonographer will go to the scan center. Please look at the sonographer schedule at facebook. If you still have problem,  please whatapps 0164383366 or 0193997331

(7) What is the status of PENDING COMFIRMATION in ONLINE BOOKING?
ANSWER: when you see pending comfirmation, you mean you are successful do online booking. It you make online booking> 1 day, please wait SONOVISION to confirm your online booking, will usually will be confirmed. But for LAST minute booking, please make an online booking as well, whatapps 0164383366/0176202933 to get URGENT comfirmation so we can ensure the sonographer is still at the center.

(8) Can I pay by credit card, debit card?
ANSWER: we receive credit cards or debit cards as well, but prefer online transfers and cash.

(9) Package scan include CD / image to?
ANSWER: for the 3d4d or 5d6d scan package or 2d detail scan package is include a CD. Only 2d growth scan has no CD. For package 3d4d5d6d scan will include 1 color print as well.

(10) Is there EXTRA charge besides a scan package?
ANSWER: All prices are fix and NETT, no extra charge except in town damansara / sg buloh have extra RM5 for admin charge only.
