（1）多少个星期适合性别扫描？
答案：16周可以检测到约80％的准确度，但是22周以上可以检测到99.99％的性别。如果不能看到宝贝的性别, 我们提供免费SCAN 的保证服务，如果我们错误地看到宝贝的性别， 我们会全额推款。到目前为止，失败率和错误看不到为5-10%，所以我们可以为您提供这种保证。

（2）什么时候适合3d 4d扫描？
解答：12周可以做3d4d扫描，但是在这个星期，宝宝会看起来很小。在22周扫描期间，我们建议做DETAIL SCAN + 3d4d SCAN 。在这个阶段，宝宝的脸部仍然会看起来很瘦。如果你想看到胖胖的脸，26周以上会更适合。

（3）kelana jaya和槟城的营业时间？
解答：kelana jaya每天上午10点至晚上10点的营业时间。而对于槟城地区，某天下午5点至10点和周末。请你们在线预订，预定是不需要付款的。

（4）（4）我可以不预约吗? 直接上门？
解答：我们的营业时间取决于在online booking ，如果有booking，我们的sonographer将会过来，如果没有预约，sonographer 可能在没有booking 的时间没有过来。我们鼓励您做online booking，以确认您的 sonographer 有在。而如果扫描中心有很多客户， 没有预定的顾客， 上门的顾客将被拒绝。

（5）即使我有预约时间，为什么不能在我预定的时间照 ？
解答：这是因为之前的客户，宝宝可能没有合作进行扫描不到宝宝的脸 ，所以我们将花更多的时间来扫描宝宝。有些宝宝需要10分钟就能获得大量的图片和视频，而有些宝宝需要1个小时的时间。预约时间是为了控制客户的数量以避免同时出现，我们不能遵守您的预定时间， 但是会在1-2个小时内完成。

（6）为什么我仍然失败在线预订？
解答：online booking 是在1周前发布，超声医师将会在某天某是去特定的中心去做扫描。请在Facebook上查看sonographe schedule 。如果您还有问题，请拨打0164383366或0176202933

（7）（7）线预约中的pending comfirmation 的状态是什么意思？
答：当你看到pending comfirmation 表示你的预约已经成功。如果您> 1天预约，请等待SONOVISION确认您的在线预订，但是通常会被确认， 所以你们可以过来。但是，对于LAST minute 预订，请进行在线预订过后，whatapps 0164383366/0176202933以获得紧急确认，以便我们可以确保SONOGRAPHER仍然在中心。

（8）可以用信用卡，DEBIT卡付款吗？
解答：我们可以接受信用卡或 debit card，但我们比较喜欢online transfer 或现金。

（9）ULTRASOUND PACKAGE 包括CD /图像？
解答：对于3d4d或5d6d扫描包或2d DETAIL SCAN，包含一张CD。只有2d GROWTH SCAN 没有CD。对于3d4d5d6d SCAN PACKAGE ，也将包括1张彩色打印。

（10）（10）PACKAGE ULTRASOUND 有而外收费吗？
解答：所有价格都是固定的和NETT，除了在damansara / sg buloh有额外RM5管理费用除外。

What is the difference between 2d 3d 4d hd 5d 6d scan?
2d scan
- 2d scan is a black and white scan where you did the scan at your klinik or hospital to know the basic growth of your baby. There is 3 type of 2d scan which are 2d growth scan, 2d full detail scan and 2d partial detail scan. 

(a) 2d growth (4-40week) 
- is to know basic growth scan of your baby which include checking baby growth saiz, placenta location, amniotic fluid level, baby weight , baby position, gender for 22 week above, but this package would know check baby anomaly. 

(b) 2d FULL detail scan (20-25week) 
-is to know baby physical anomaly scan which include finger and toe counting, spine, all the limbs bone, internal organs such as kidney, baby stomach, brain structure, facial structure such as lips, heart structure plus all the 2d growth scan The accuracy of the physical anomaly full detail scan can detect around 80-90% physical anomaly of your baby. 

(c) 2d PARTIAL detail scan (26-30week) 
-is to know baby physical anomaly scan but would not do finger counting due to the baby saiz is too pack , brain structure would not accurate anymore. However, facial structure, abdomen organ, heart structure, spine and limbs bone will be check include 2d growth scan. The accuracy of the physical anomaly partial detail scan can detect around 50-60% physical anomaly of your baby. 


3d 4d scan 
> 3d scan will be the images while the 4d scan will be the live video. Whereby you can get 2 format images and video will be included inside your cd. 

hd scan/ 5d scan 
> HD scan will be about the same as 3d4d, it is not 5d scan due to no extra dimension can be found. The difference between 3d4d scan is , the texture of hd scan will be look similar like baby skin. Hence, the images of your baby will be look more real. There are so many clinic outside name hd scan as 5d scan, to avoid confiusion, hd/5d scan will be categorize as same. 

6d scan ( previously known as real 5d cine) 
> its in 5d scan baby video, you will experience extra 1D dimension when you wearing a SPEC and watch thru TV.
