（1）多少个星期适合性别扫描？
答案：16周可以检测到约80％的准确度，但是22周以上可以检测到99.99％的性别。如果不能看到宝贝的性别, 我们提供免费SCAN 的保证服务，如果我们错误地看到宝贝的性别，我们会全额推款。到目前为止，失败率和错误看不到为5-10%，所以我们可以为您提供这种保证。

（2）什么时候适合3d 4d扫描？
解答：12周可以做3d4d扫描，但是在这个星期，宝宝会看起来很小。在22周扫描期间，我们建议做DETAIL SCAN + 3d4d SCAN 。在这个阶段，宝宝的脸部仍然会看起来很瘦。如果你想看到胖胖的脸，26周以上会更适合。

（3）kelana jaya和槟城的营业时间？
解答：kelana jaya每天上午10点至晚上10点的营业时间。而对于槟城地区，某天下午5点至10点和周末。请你们在线预订，预定是不需要付款的。

（4）（4）我可以不预约吗? 直接上门？
解答：我们的营业时间取决于在online booking ，如果有booking，我们的sonographer将会过来，如果没有预约，sonographer 可能在没有booking 的时间没有过来。我们鼓励您做online booking，以确认您的 sonographer 有在。而如果扫描中心有很多客户，没有预定的顾客，上门的顾客将被拒绝。

（5）即使我有预约时间，为什么不能在我预定的时间照？
解答：这是因为之前的客户，宝宝可能没有合作进行扫描不到宝宝的脸，所以我们将花更多的时间来扫描宝宝。有些宝宝需要10分钟就能获得大量的图片和视频，而有些宝宝需要1个小时的时间。预约时间是为了控制客户的数量以避免同时出现，我们不能遵守您的预定时间，但是会在1-2个小时内完成。

（6）为什么我仍然失败在线预订？
解答：online booking 是在1周前发布，超声医师将会在某天某是去特定的中心去做扫描。请在Facebook上查看sonographe schedule 。如果您还有问题，请拨打0164383366或0176202933

（7）（7）线预约中的pending comfirmation 的状态是什么意思？
答：当你看到pending comfirmation 表示你的预约已经成功。如果您> 1天预约，请等待SONOVISION确认您的在线预订，但是通常会被确认，所以你们可以过来。但是，对于LAST minute 预订，请进行在线预订过后，whatapps 0164383366/0176202933以获得紧急确认，以便我们可以确保SONOGRAPHER仍然在中心。

（8）可以用信用卡，DEBIT卡付款吗？
解答：我们可以接受信用卡或 debit card，但我们比较喜欢online transfer 或现金。

（9）ULTRASOUND PACKAGE 包括CD /图像？
解答：对于3d4d或5d6d扫描包或2d DETAIL SCAN，包含一张CD。只有2d GROWTH SCAN 没有CD。对于3d4d5d6d SCAN PACKAGE ，也将包括1张彩色打印。

扫描建议
4-6周：确认妊娠囊在子宫内，不是子宫外孕。在这个阶段，胎儿是看不见的。
8-10周：检查是否看到宝宝的心跳。预计预产期将被确认。
11-13周：建议做NT（nuchal transluciency）扫描+ 3d扫描，在哪里检查胎儿颈部后面的液体的厚度。胎儿颈部后面的液体越厚，表明KROMOSOM异常的机会越高。此外，鼻骨和外观宝宝也将检查这个PACKAGE。
16-18周：建议做2d growth scan 检查婴儿生长。
20-24周：建议做2d detail scan + 5dscan 检查婴儿异常，包括手指计数，面部结构，心脏结构，所有四肢骨，腹部器官，脊柱也包括2d growth scan 在内。可以检测到大约90％的异常。
28-32周：建议做3d4d5d6d扫描，在这个阶段是最佳的时间，看到宝宝的脸，你的宝宝脸部是胖胖的。 2d growth scan 也包括在内。
35-36周：建议做2dgrowth scan 要知道宝宝的位置，羊水水平和宝宝saiz。 \

2D 3D 4D HD 5D 6D ULTRASOUND scan 扫描有什么区别？
2D scan
- 2d scan 是一个黑白扫描，您常在klinik或医院进行扫描，以了解宝宝的基本成长。有3种2d scan 扫描, 包括2d growth scan, 2d full detail scan 和2d partial detail scan.

（a）2D growth scan （4-40周）
- 要知道您的宝宝的基本生长扫描，包括检查婴儿生长saiz，胎盘位置，羊水水平，婴儿体重，婴儿位置，性别22周以上，但2d growth scan 不包括检查婴儿外表的异常。

（b）2D full detail scan 全部详细扫描（20-25周）
- 要知道宝宝的身体异常扫描，包括手指和脚趾计数，脊柱，所有四肢骨骼，肾脏内部器，脑结构，面部结构如嘴唇，心脏结构包括2d growth scan 扫描, 准确度有大概80-90％左右。

（c）2D partial detail scan 部分详细扫描（26-30周）
- 要知道宝宝的身体异常扫描，但是因为宝宝saiz太大， partial detail scan 没有包括手指计数，脑结构将不再准确。然而，面部结构，腹部器官，心脏结构，脊柱和四肢骨骼将被检查也包括2d growth scan 。准确度有大概50-60%.

3D 4D scan
> 3d scan 是图像picture，而4d scan 是直播视频 live video 。你的宝宝图像，视频将被burn在你的CD里面。

HD/ 5D scan
> HDscan 与3d4d scan 大致相同，因为没有额外的维度。和3d4d扫描的区别是，HD扫描的纹理将看起来较像宝宝皮肤相似。因此，宝宝的图像将会更加真实。因为外面有这么多klinik 误解HD SCAN 和为5d扫描，为避免混乱，HD scan 和 5D scan 将被分类为相同。

6D scan （以前称为5D cine ）
>在5Dscan 时，你会带多一个SPEC观看电视，你将体验额外的1D维度，那就是6D effect.

(1) How many weeks are suitable for gender scans?
ANSWER: 16 weeks can detect about 80% accuracy where 22 weeks above can detect 99.99% of gender. We offer guarantee services where we offer FREE SCAN if cant see baby gender and refund if we wrongly see baby gender. So far the failure rate and wrongly see is very low, hence we can offer you this guarantee.

(2) When is it suitable for 3d 4d scan?
ANSWER: 12week can do 3d4d scan, however, during this week , the baby will look abit small. During 22week scan, we advice to take detail+3d4d scan package. The baby face will still look abit skinny during this stage. If you want to see chubby face, 26week above will be more suitable.

(3) Operating hours for kelana jaya and penang?
ANSWER: Operating hours for 10 am-10pm daily for kelana jaya. while for penang area 5 pm-10pm weekday, and weekend only. You are encouraged to book online in advanced, there is no payment required during online book.

(4) Can not walkin without appointment?
ANSWER: our operating hours depend on online booking, if there is appointment being book, our sonographer will be standby for you, if you do not have an appointment, the sonographer may not come at a certain time. You are encouraged to make an online booking to confirm your sonographer for your scan session. And if there are many customer in the center, the walkin will be reject if many customers.

(5) Why there is still first come first-serve even i had book for my appointment time?
ANSWER: this is because of the previous customer, baby may not be cooperating for the scan session to show the face, so we will take more time to scan the baby. Some baby take 10min can get lots of pictures and videos, while some baby takes 1 hour too. Appointment time is to control number of customer to avoid come at the same time and we are not follow your appointment time. Therefore, you may need to spend 1-2 hours in our place starting from your appointment time.

(6) Why i still FAILED to do ONLINE booking?
ANSWER: The schedule is only release out 1 week earlier for online booking. There is certain day certain location the sonographer will go to the scan center. Please look at the sonographer schedule at facebook. If you still have problem, please whatapps 0164383366 or 0193997331

(7) What is the status of PENDING COMFIRMATION in ONLINE BOOKING?
ANSWER: when you see pending comfirmation, you mean you are successful do online booking. It you make online booking> 1 day, please wait SONOVISION to confirm your online booking, will usually will be confirmed. But for LAST minute booking, please make an online booking as well, whatapps 0164383366/0176202933 to get URGENT comfirmation so we can ensure the sonographer is still at the center.

(8) Can I pay by credit card, debit card?
ANSWER: we receive credit cards or debit cards as well, but prefer online transfers and cash.

(9) Package scan include CD / image to?
ANSWER: for the 3d4d or 5d6d scan package or 2d detail scan package is include a CD. Only 2d growth scan has no CD. For package 3d4d5d6d scan will include 1 color print as well.

(10) Is there EXTRA charge besides a scan package?
ANSWER: All prices are fix and NETT, no extra charge except in town damansara / sg buloh have extra RM5 for admin charge only.

Suggestion for the scan
4-6week : to comfirm the availability of the gestation sac is within the uterus and is not ectopic pregnancy. During this stage, no fetus can be seen.
8-10week : to check the fetus is seen where you can see baby heart beat. Expected due date will be comfirm.
11-13week : suggest to do NT (nuchal transluciency) scan + 3d scan, where to check the thickness of the fluid behind the fetus neck. The thicker the fluid behind the fetus neck indicates the higher chances of the chromosome anomaly. Besides that, nasal bone and the appearance baby will be check for this package too.
16-18week: suggest to do baby growth scan to check baby growth.
20-24week : suggest to do 2d full detail scan + 5d scan to check baby anomaly which include finger counting , facial structure, heart structure, all the limbs bone, abdomen organ, spine plus the 2d growth scan. This package can detect around 90% physical anomaly.
28-32week: suggest do 3d4d5d6d scan where during this stage is the optimum time to see baby face where your baby face is chubby enough. 2d growth scan will be include in this package.
35-36week : suggest do 2d growth scan to know baby position, amniotic fluid level and baby saiz. \
